Laurence Wilbraham

Laurence has more than 30 years experience in the town planning sector. He has dealt with a wide spectrum of projects, from town centre redevelopment and major urban expansions to smaller housing developments. His experience covers all aspects of town planning from appraisals of development potential, applications and appeals work to acting as an expert witness in arbitration proceedings.

Laurence worked for four different councils between 1979 and 1988 before joining the private sector. In 1997 he founded Wilbraham Associates Limited. Between 1998 and 2002 Laurence also worked as a Consultant Planning Inspector with the Planning Inspectorate.

Sally Stroman

Sally is an experienced Chartered Town Planner with a background in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to joining Wilbraham Associates Limited, Sally worked for 8 years for planning consultants Hepher Dixon Limited as an Associate. During this time she worked both in the London and Milton Keynes offices and was part of the team to obtain planning permission for Arsenal Football Club’s new 60,000-seater stadium at Ashburton Grove, London.

One of Sally’s key attributes is her experience in project management and the coordination of teams of professionals in the delivery of projects.
